I’m not a fan of dark chocolate but I might start eating more of it just for this reason.

Stop making excuses. Know that you can do it and build up your confidence before each work out. How do you build up your confidence? Say affirmations before your workout. You’ve got it under control. Vision yourself healthy and at the goal you want and desire to have. Change your thinking pattern from talking bad about your workouts to talking good about them. Thinking positive can also help you with feeling better after your workout.

One way to build up your confidence is to know that you’re not perfect and not get down on yourself if you do make a mistake.
